175 days to go... Hitchin' a ride in an RV with two buddies from L.A. Want to see everything in between L.A. and SD. Hope to get the bikes out to ride through Byrce Canyon, check out the Great Salt Lake, Bonneville Salt Flats, smell the grass in the Thunder Basin and ride through as much of the Black Hills that time allows. It's our 1st time... any words of advice for us "virgins" from you veterans?

a must is the bad lands loop, its about 200 or so miles round trip but its worth it big time. also if ya can do the yellowstone thing on your way to sturgis. ride,ride and then ride some more.

Hey Lwood, Don't forget your training wheels. This event is for people who can ride. And after riding by your side side for over 10 years, that's my advice. Just kidding. Today: changed oil, oil filter, cleaned air filter, replaced spark plugs, put in high-intensity light bulb. Tires are good, Registration is good until December. 169 days and counting... bring it on!
