Born in Austin Tx. On July 16th ,1980, Waylon Scott Hart has been tattooing in South Texas since the start of his career in 2007. "I grew up in the booming ghost town of Victoria Tx. Knowing since childhood that my body needed to be covered in tattoos soon lead me down the road to my career as a tattooer. My tattooing start came at the hands of Victoria Legends Aaron King and Stephen Janowski. I am currently working in Sugarland Texas and travel monthly to Beaumont Texas to learn and work with the talented crew at Gill Monie's World Famous Tattoomania."
